Stand-alone Waiting Course $150.00
Stand-alone Bar Course $165.00
In the two day course, you will learn; waiting skills for functions, silver service; bar procedures; equipment and service; food and beverage event set up; protocol and relevant legislation; etiquette, grooming and personal presentation.
All students graduating from this programme will have the opportunity to apply for casual waiting employment with Stedmans.
It is a law in NSW that you hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate to work in any hospitality establishment. You also need to be over 18 years of age in order to apply for your RSA Certificate.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL – one-day course: $135
This course is LAB (Liquor Administration Board) approved.
We will teach you about: minimising harm to intoxicated people, handling intoxicated people; standard drink measures; liquor legislation; service staff responsibilities;
Students must be over 18 years of age, and bring photo I.D. with them to the course.
Certificates will be sent to the students within a week of course completion.
