Our events range from private dinners, parties, weddings, shop openings, VIP shopping nights, fashion shows, corporate boardroom events, all sizes of corporate lunches, dinners and cocktail functions.

Our regular corporate clients include; Louis Vuitton, Paspaley, Bulgari, The Country Trader, David Jones, Myer, Moet & Chandon...

Some of our bigger events have included; 2004 Athens Olympics – IOC VIP lounges; 2008 Beijing Olympics - IOC VIP lounges; 2006 Torino Winter Olympics – IOC VIP lounges; Golden Stave Award, sit down dinner for 4,500 for Woolworths, and formal dinner for Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary at Boomerang.

We also supply senior staff to Sydney's most prestigious board-rooms.

We supply staff and event management for numerous charitable organisations – but the one we are proudest of is The Sydney Children’s Hospital Gold Dinner – which over the years has raised well in excess of AUD $14 million.

Apart from supplying staff to some of the best homes in Sydney, we also provide a la carte service for some of Sydney’s top restaurants. Buon Ricordo; Guillaume at Bennelong; Rockpool; Coast; and Sopra at Fratelli Fresh.

Stedmans are a wonderful supporter of Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation. We have worked with Stedmans’ leadership and their wait staff for well over a decade and, on every occasion, they have helped us deliver quality and unique events to raise much needed funds for sick and critically ill children: our core business.
